Download a fully functional free trial of MessageExport direct from us, the publisher. The trial is limited to 50 emails in a single export operation. This limit is removed after license activation. At the end of the trial, even if you choose not to buy MessageExport, leave it installed in Outlook! MessageExport reverts to 'Free Mode' after the trial, which allows exporting of single email messages to PDF and other supported formats.
Administrators may prefer the MessageExport .msi files. Home users, download the .Exe.
Requirements: Windows 11/10, and Outlook 2019/2016/2013.
