Search Your .EML Files

MailDex eml viewer helps you organize, index and search your .eml email content. It also lets you search Outlook PST, OST and MSG files. Combine different types of email content and search across all of it.

With Maildex you can index directories with millions of .eml files, then perform fast searches to locate the emails you need.

MailDex supports two different .eml search functions: Quick and Advanced.

To start a quick search, just type your query into the search box.

For a more advanced search of .EML files, click the Search icon and specify the criteria that MailDex should search for.

Other features include:

• Search .EML, PST, MSG files
• Convert EML files to other image formats, including TIF, GIF, BMP, JPG
• Convert EML files to CSV or TXT format, for import into a database program
• Apply a special naming scheme to the exported files
