Conversion to Microsoft Office Documents requires presence of Office 2007 or later. Office Outlook is not required to open, search, view, print or PDF emails stored as Microsoft Outlook .pst/.ost/.msg files.

Attachments that are unable to be converted to PDF will be embedded within the PDF file. It will not apper as an image, but it can later be extracted from the PDF file.

Emails converted into files can be named in various ways, including incrementally, date, sender, receiver, etc.
